As the days turn flamboyant and the air becomes cooler, Charmey is transformed into a veritable autumn playground. After all, who said summer was better than autumn? Come and enjoy this season in a different way, with family or friends, with original and convivial activities.

The Autumn Mystery

Go on an adventure with the Autumn Mystery! On the Panorama de Vounetz trail, 9 riddles await you to turn your walk into a fun family treasure hunt. Solve them to discover the mystery word... and try your luck in the competition with great prizes to be won.

This easy loop, starting from the top of the ski lifts, is ideal for a family outing. Between two riddles, enjoy the exceptional panorama of the Jogne valley, the Moléson and the Dents Vertes chain. An activity accessible to all, perfect for enjoying the colorful landscapes and breathtaking views of the Fribourg Pre-Alps.

DIY workshops and gourd exhibition

Stop off at the L'Embarcadère midway station and let your creativity run wild! A free, self-service craft workshop awaits you to make your own autumnal creation and leave with a seasonal souvenir.

The real star of autumn also invites itself to Charmey: the squash! Immerse yourself in a colorful and surprising universe through a mini-exhibition featuring this seasonal essential. Multiple varieties, astonishing shapes, brilliant color palettes and unusual anecdotes.

A free, fun and family-friendly activity that will appeal to young and old alike.

Autumn evenings and events

As the days shorten, Charmey's nightlife begins. Every Friday and Saturday until the end of October, the ski lifts stay open until 10.30pm, so you can enjoy the mountains for longer.

At Restaurant Les Dents-Vertes, there are Gourmet fridays and Tartares evenings on Saturdays. The perfect opportunity to share a meal while admiring the sunset over the Pre-Alps and the beautiful colors of the season.
