The route of la Chéta

  • Passes close to two traditional alpine chalets
  • Joins the Ganet trail
  • Is off the beaten track

From the gondola parking lot, take the cantonal road below the ski lifts for 400 meters before turning left. Follow the Coppet stream for a short while, then turn right to begin climbing up into the mountain pastures. Once you reach the Gros Ganet chalet, the trail joins theGanet route.

From the summit, head right at the exit of the cable car towards the Dents Vertes mountain range, then right at the pass. Once you reach Gros Ganet, go around the chalet on the left.
